“I’ve been meaning to send this to you for awhile but some family issues have taken up much of my time.
Brodie has been home 3 months from his training with Ali and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Your training may have literally saved this dogs’ life (and my marriage)! He is 6 years old and became reactive and aggressive around 2 years. He had bitten 1 dog and 4 people, was very protective of our property and we couldn’t trust him with guests. We hadn’t taken a vacation in 5 years. We’ve had labradors all our lives and never had these issues so didn’t know what to do. We tried positive reinforcement training for reactive dogs and it was a nightmare. I think he actually got worse.
Good friends suggested we try Peacock Bridge Kennels and you were a godsend. I drove seven hours from Ohio to leave him with you and would do it again in a minute! Due to his reactivity you kept him 3 weeks instead of 2 at no additional charge. Ali gave me great instruction on how to work with him at home which we faithfully did daily for 2 months. She also let me know what I had been doing that was reinforcing his bad behavior. So helpful!
I now have confidence in my ability to control him. I’m able to leash walk him without getting pulled off my feet. I could go on for pages regarding his improvement! We are a happy family.
